Anti-slavery & Ethical Manufacturing
Monitoring Audits
Our manufacturing partners participate in independent social compliance audits under the amfori BSCI framework, conducted by internationally recognised inspection organisations such as TÜV Rheinland.
At the time of the audit, the facility employed 49 workers, including both production and office staff. The workforce consisted of 40 production employees and 9 non-production staff, with 32 female and 17 male workers, all directly employed by the factory. Employees typically worked standard Monday to Friday schedules, and wages paid at the facility were above the legal minimum wage for the region.
Key Positive Findings
The audit confirmed compliance in several critical areas of responsible manufacturing. The facility demonstrated no child labour, bonded labour, or forced labour, and policies were in place to prevent discrimination in the workplace. Systems were also established to support worker protection and safe working conditions, alongside clear ethical business conduct policies. These areas received strong ratings under the amfori BSCI evaluation framework, reflecting the facility’s commitment to maintaining responsible labour practices.
